Some Facts About Office Renting Process You Must Know

  • Sign an Office Service Agreement
  • Make your payment for the service
  • Retainer equivalent to two months office fees
  • Pay one month pro-rata office fee in advance
  • Submit all invoices on or before the due date
  • Pay office restoration fee on departure
  • You will also have to pay the additional costs required to restore the office to its original condition (the cost that exceeds the Restoration Fee)
  • Business continuity fee, which covers the customer for three months
  • Notice of termination is provided at least 90 days before the end of the agreement or the agreement will automatically renew. The termination notice is 60 days for agreements of 3 months. If the agreement is shorter than 3 months, the notice period is one week less than the period stated in the agreement
