Private Office

OBK Business Centre offers office Customers:

  • A private office space for their company, fully furnished with a desk, chair, pedestal storage per workstation and filing cabinets
  • 24/7 access to their workspace
  • Use of all common areas, including kitchen/tea point, service area and lounge
  • Managed telephone and IT systems upon request
  • Mail/fax handling as per Customer’s instructions
  • 10 % discount off all Day Office, Co-Work Office, and Meeting Rooms
  • Additional services, such as the availability of a receptionist, administration/secretarial services, catering and equipment hire, use of photocopiers, laminators, etc.
  • Stellar customer service - reception, facilities set up and technical support
  • Round the clock security
  • Preferred rates on office supplies and couriers

Customer Requirements

  • Sign an Office Service Agreement and agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Pay
  • Retainer equivalent to two months office fees
  • One month pro-rated office fee in advance
  • All invoices on or before the due date
  • Office Restoration fee on Customer departure
  • Any costs required to restore the office back to its original condition above and beyond the Restoration fee
  • Business Continuity fee, which covers the Customer for three months
  • Provide notice of termination at least 90 days before the end of the agreement or the agreement will automatically renew. The termination notice is sixty days for agreements of three months. If the agreement is shorter than three months, the notice period is one week less than the period stated in the agreement.

Co-Working Office

A Co-Work Office is an open plan working environment shared by individuals from different companies. It is ideal for Customers wishing to work in a lively work environment that enables them to network with other like-minded companies and individuals. We believe that co-working offers all the benefits of a full-time office, while only entailing you to pay for the number of desks you use. Leverage our hot-desking setup and sit wherever you like or choose your own permanent desk, available on a first come, first served basis:

The Co-Work Office Customer will receive:

  • One workstation (per company) in an office shared with other Co-Work Customers, furnished with a desk, chair and pedestal storage
  • Use of all common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen/tea point and service area
  • Managed telephone and IT systems upon request
  • Mail/fax handling as per Customer’s instructions
  • 10% discount off all Day Office and Meeting Room

Our Day offices are well-furnished and fully-equipped private offices, where our patrons can perform concentrated work while away from home or on the road and the need for a private office arises. They also provide for an extremely inexpensive and convenient space to conduct interviews or hold a small meeting with your business partners in a particular location.

Our Day offices are generally designed in a shared office space that accommodates virtual members who require access to private day offices on-demand, full-time members in dedicated private offices, co-working members who require access to a day office from time to time when privacy is of paramount importance and an open environment won’t do, or out-of-town patrons who feel the need to solicit an expedient private touchdown space. Our day offices are situated in highly professional and optimal settings, typically with high bandwidth connection to the Internet, experienced on-site staff, and access to a professional business lounge, conference rooms, and filtered water, in addition to other state-of-the-art technological resources and amenities.
